Peter Ancelim Amani is a highly respected individual in his field, recognized for his unwavering commitment and dedication to the work that he does as Founder and Executive Director of CoED. With an impressive Bachelor’s Degree in Microfinance and Entrepreneurship, Peter has garnered a wealth of experience, having worked as a young leader managing donor-funded projects in various organizations for over nine years. His leadership prowess and exceptional management skills are evident in his ability to spearhead and manage professional teams, develop and manage sustainable projects, and oversee international grants. Not resting on his laurels, Peter currently holds the esteemed position of Secretary of the Shinyanga Ending Violence Against Women and Children Working Group (EVAWC-WG), where he has been instrumental in implementing various initiatives to address and combat violence against women and children. Colleagues and peers alike continue to hold Peter in high esteem, owing to his remarkable professional approach and impressive leadership acumen.

Mr. Nickson Ngowi is a highly capable individual who plays an integral role in CoED by managing a wide range of functions including but not limited to accounts, budgeting, office administration and human resources. With his vast knowledge and experienced mind, he is well equipped to handle any challenges and tasks head-on. Mr. Ngowi is a proud holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, which enhances his profile and clearly demonstrates his understanding of the finance world. In addition to this, he has worked for several prestigious companies, where he has honed his skills while applying his knowledge to develop effective solutions to complex issues. He has a proven track record of driving results and ensuring maximum productivity in his respective field. We are lucky to have such an accomplished and capable individual on our team, and look forward to the many contributions that he will make to our organization.

Leonia Deoudatus Mallya is a highly skilled and accomplished Program Coordinator at CoED. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education Management and Administration, harnessing her passion for education and dedication to lifelong learning. Her insatiable appetite for knowledge and innovation makes her a valuable asset to the team.

With her remarkable ability to adapt to changing demands and evolving priorities, Leonia consistently exhibits an unparalleled level of flexibility and incredible work ethic that never fails to impress her colleagues. She is a self-starter who can operate independently while remaining committed to the collective goals and objectives of the team.

She consistently evaluates ideas and processes to improve existing systems and challenges the status quo to develop novel and innovative solutions. Her diverse skills and innate ability to multitask have led to her being one of the most reliable and productive members of the team.
