Core of Equality and Development (CoED Tanzania) is a non-governmental organization committed to promoting human rights, gender equality, community empowerment, accountable natural resource governance, and sustainable development through evidence-based advocacy, partnerships, and community philanthropy. Established in Tanzania, COED works alongside communities, government institutions, civil society organizations, development partners, and the private sector to ensure that vulnerable populations particularly women, girls, youth, and mining-affected communities participate meaningfully in development processes and enjoy their fundamental rights.
